HOW RETURNS & EXCHANGES WORK :
We'd like make our exchanges and returns process simple, convenient and easy to do, So you always shop with confidence.
If you are not satisfied with the product, Please send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with order # and the reason for exchange/return.
After that, We will create a pick up request for your product and once the pick up has been confirmed we can ship the exchanged product or give you a full refund.
If your order was a Cash on Delivery, Then we can refund via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe etc) PayTM or Bank Transfer. All refunds will be done within 24 hours.
Note : In some cases, We will not be able to arrange pickups due to unavailability of service in some pincodes. In this case, The customer has to ship the product themselves bearing the shipping expenses as well.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you received your item unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For damaged fabric, Please send an image highlighting the problem to email@example.com and we can refund you the full amount or exchange.
