Returns & Exchanges


If you are not satisfied with the product, Please send us a mail to with order # and the reason for exchange/return.

After that, We will create a pick up request for your product and once the pick up has been confirmed we can ship the exchanged product or give you a full refund.

Note : In some cases, We will not be able to arrange pickups due to unavailability of service in some pincodes. In this case, The customer has to ship the product themselves bearing the shipping expenses as well.


  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you received your item unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • For damaged fabric, Please send an image highlighting the problem to and we can refund you the full amount or exchange.
