Returns & Exchanges


If you are not satisfied with the product, Please send a mail to with order # and the reason for exchange/return.

After that, We will create a pick up request for your product and once the pick up has been confirmed we can ship the exchanged product and give you the full refund. 


  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you received your item unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


  • For some products you might see an grey-ish outline around the print, you don't have to worry about that, It is a heatpress mark and it will go away after couple of washes.


  • For design quality or damaged fabric, Please send an image highlighting the problem to and we can refund you the full amount or exchange.
