RETURNS & EXCHANGES GUIDE:
If you're not satisfied with the fitting/quality/print/color of the product, just send us an email with your order # and a reason to return the item at firstname.lastname@example.org
Return Pickup: we'll reply to you requesting a convenient day for the item pickup. Once a day is confirmed, A pickup agent will come to your address to collect the item within 24 - 48 hours. Please pack the item where so it doesn't get damaged while transit (in an ecofriendly bag for example).
After Return Pickup: Once you handover the item to the pickup agent, we will either:
A) If you opt for Exchange: we will ship the exchange order in 2 - 4 business days. Exchange orders can be in different size/color/item. There will be no additional charges for exchange orders.
However, if an exchange order requested is of higher value, for ex: original order is a regular t-shirt and exchange requested is an oversized, then the differential amount can be paid either online where we will send you an invoice to your email (or) can be paid off at the time of delivery to the delivery agent.
B) If you opt for Refund: If your payment was done online, we will simply initiate the refund to the source account and the money should be credited back within 24-48 hours.
if your payment is Cash on Delivery, we will request you to share your UPI ID or your bank account details and we will manually transfer the FULL refund to your account within 24 hours.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you received your item unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For damaged fabric, please send an image highlighting the problem to email@example.com and we can refund you the full amount or exchange.
